1. Where can I park my car and how much does it cost?
In front of our hotel is a public parking garage with direct connection to the hotel. Parking costs € 12.00 per day.
2. What will be charged for breakfast and what are the breakfast times?
The breakfast buffet is served daily from 06:30 am to 11:00 pm in our Restaurant am Park for € 28.00 per person.
3. How much will be charged for a roll away?
A roll away bed costs € 60.00 per person.
4. What will be charged for children?
Children until 12 years stay in their parent's room for free. Above 12 years we calculate the normal price of a roll away bed. Baby cots are available free of charge for children up to 2 years.
5. What does Internet cost?
The internet charge in our guest rooms is € 5.00 per hour and € 19.00 per day.
Additionally, you can take advantage of our complimentary Link@Sheraton in our lobby.
6. Are dogs allowed and at what costs?
Dogs are allowed in the hotel and will be charged at € 15.00 per dog.
Please kindly note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant.
7. Check-In and Check-Out Times
In general our Check-In time is 03:00 pm and our Check-Out time is 01:00 pm
A Late Check-Out or an Early Check-in is only possible upon request and availability for additional costs.
8. How do I get to Essen Fair at the fastest?
The Essen Fair can be easily reached with the U-Bahn number 11 until the stop Messe Essen. Duration 3 stops.
