Those who prefer to be more active will find just the place to do so at our modern gym. It is open around the clock. Whenever you wish, you can work on your power and stamina at our spa hotel Essen.  Have a go on the bike or the stair-walker for some excellent cardio training or why not pound the treadmill. We also highly recommend a jog in the nearby city park. Fitness and well-being in Essen are easily and expertly combined at our hotel.  

The gym is open 24 hours a day and can be used free of charge. Cardiovascular gym equipment, such as the stair-walker, bikes, treadmills and a weights machine invite guests to enjoy a thorough work-out. Regeneration is available in the form of various saunas, such as an organic and a Finnish sauna and steam room, heated benches with spring foot baths and various rainforest and jet power showers, as well as a diverse range of massage treatments for both him and her. Jogging can be undertaken on the trail in the city park.
